What is HIIT?
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, which consists of several minutes of high intensity movements followed by short periods of lower intensity movements.
HIIT helps you improve your aerobic capacity (lung, cardiovascular and circulatory system capacity). It also boosts your metabolism.
During a HIIT session, the resources drawn on by your muscle tissue are not the same as during a low intensity physical activity.
Be careful: group sessions can be very intense. We advise people with a sedentary life-style to first go through a customized individual fitness programme before taking part in our group sessions. Even if we pay attention to each one of you, group sessions are designed specifically for groups.
The stages of your

1. Complete initial assessment
We begin with an in-depth meeting to understand your expectations, lifestyle, and background. Health questionnaires and a detailed medical history allow us to assess your profile.
➡️ An impedancemetry test is then carried out to accurately measure your body and metabolic data.
2. Objectives & personalized plan
Based on your results, we define realistic objectives together and build a tailor-made nutritional plan:
Food rebalancing

Sports support or general well-being
Your progress is monitored in cycles, in direct contact with your sports coach and our dietician-nutritionist.
