*What is HIIT?
Translated from English as High Intensity Interval Training, HIIT is a high-intensity interval training. It is ideal for improving your aerobic capacity (capacity of the lungs, heart, and circulatory system) and boost your metabolism. During a HIIT session, muscle tissue draws on its resources differently compared to light-intensity activity.

Please note: The intensity level can be high during group classes. Sedentary individuals are advised not to practice this type of training and are advised to focus on individual fitness before attending our group classes. While we pay attention to each individual, this is a group approach.
